returns & exchanges

thank you for supporting our small business! we hope you love your hanelli purchase, however we understand that things don’t always work out. we currently offer returns for store credit and exchanges within 7 business days of your product being delivered. 

return & exchange criteria:

• items are unworn and in new condition.
• original hang tag is still attached and shows no signs of tampering.
• items were not part of a sale. sale items are FINAL SALE  and therefore not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• a discount of 20% or more was not used.
• the customer reached out via email with intent to return for store credit or exchange within 7 business days of receiving the product.
• customers must ship products back to us through USPS Mail with tracking and cover shipping costs.

sale items

sale items are FINAL SALE  and therefore not eligible for returns or exchanges. please check your sizes in cart and double check product information for specific sizing information. don’t hesitate to email us with sizing questions, we’d love to help you find your perfect fit.
